MISHAWAKA, IN - On September 1, 2018, Elladyne Elizabeth Waggoner, 96, joined her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in eternity. She had lived in Osceola and Mishawaka from 1964 through 1996 before moving to Union Grove, Wisconsin to be near her daughter, Marilyn Mae Crum. She had resided at the Brookside Care Center in Kenosha, Wisconsin for the past four years. She was born on January 15, 1922 in Dunkirk, Ohio and attended Marion College (Indiana Wesleyan University) in Marion, Indiana for three years, where she married Robert Milton Waggoner, Jr. in 1943. She later completed a bachelor's degree at Bethel College in Mishawaka, Indiana in 1967. She was preceded in death by her husband, Reverend Robert M. Waggoner; parents, Monta and Herbert Jones; and brothers, Ellison and Ronald Jones. She is survived by two children, Marilyn Mae Waggoner Crum (Roger) of Bristol, Wisconsin and Michael Douglas Waggoner (Mary Rita) of Waterloo, Iowa; five grandchildren, Roger E. Crum, III (Beth) of Union Grove, Robert M. Crum (Amy) of Kenosha, Gordon C. Crum (Janelle) of Oak Creek, Joanna L. Waggoner-Norquest (Erik) of St. Anthony, Minnesota, and Joel M. Waggoner of New York, New York; and eleven great-grandchildren: Miranda, Garrett, Megan Elladyne, Maddie, Makayla, Logan, Molly, Obie, Mercy, Mary, and Max. A private family memorial will be held at a later date in Wisconsin. Interment will be at Olive Cemetery in Elkhart, Indiana. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her name to Brookside Care Center, 3506 Washington Rd., Kenosha, Wisconsin 53144; or Union Grove Baptist Church, 417 15th Avenue, Union Grove, Wisconsin 53182.
