SOUTH BEND - Barbara Kantorowski Gerwig, 68, passed away 11/13/12 at her home, after an extended illness in Apache Junction, AZ. Born 10/20/1944 in South Bend to Hattie and Walt Kantorowski, she married Bruce Gerwig in 1962. They moved to AZ in 1978. He preceded her in death. She is survived by daughters, Kim Ochs and Dawn Boen; five grandchildren; sisters, Pauline Johnson, Irene Bang, Joan Balentine and Linda Cornell; and brothers, George and John Kantorowski, and David Emmons. Services are pending.
