This is the spelling of his name used in his daughter Marianna's baptismal record. His name is given in his son Stephan's baptismal record. Jacob JENDRZEJCZAK and Magdalena JANOWIAKOWA were married on 23 Jan 1814 in Redgoszcz, Poznan, Poland. Their marriage record reads, "At Redgoszcz,1814, 23 January, I joined in holy matrimony Jacobam Je~drsiak, 23 years of age, son of Mathei and Marianna Je~drzec___ to Magdalena Janowiakowa, widow, 30 years of age. Witnesses: Petrus Lea, Franciscus Lunak and Martinus Leda all of Redgoszcz."
