SOUTH BEND - Stanley (Stan) Janczyk, 68, of Grapevine, Texas, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, December 14, due to complications from a heart attack. He was born in Landstuhl, Germany, to William and Janina Janczyk. Stan attended John Adams High School and received his CPA degree from IUSB. He also served in the United States Army. He initially worked in the South Bend area and then pursued business interests in Chicago and eventually in the Dallas area. Most recently Stan worked as CFO of SureQuest Systems in Carrollton, Texas. He is survived by his wife Sharon, son, Randy (Heidi) of Royal Oak, MI, three grandchildren and a daughter, Kristie of Napa Valley, CA. He is also survived by three sisters, Theresa (John) Wibbens and Irene Janczyk of South Bend and Helen (Roy) Glassburn of Russiaville, IN. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
