Martha Anne Hochstetler, 78, of Bremen, passed away on Friday Aug. 12, 2022. She was born on Dec. 30, 1943 in Lakeville, IN to Arcangelo Mike and Ethel May (Rickel) Martino. Martha was most recently a cashier at Meijer Grocery Stores. She loved cats and took in strays. She was a Notre Dame football fan and Cubs fan. She enjoyed being outdoors, especially on the riding mower taking care of the yard. She is survived by a son, Michael Hochstetler, and daughter, Debbie (Pat) Stratton, as well as 2 grandsons: Ryan and Drew Stratton; and 2 great-grandchildren, Liam and Holly Stratton. She was preceded in death by her beloved partner, Dwight Finn; 3 sisters: Mary, Josephine and Louise; and a brother, Andy. A funeral service in her honor will be at 1 PM on Thursday August 18 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Hwy. Osceola, IN. Visitation will be from 11-1 PM Thursday. Burial will immediately follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Marshall County Boys & Girls Club, Bremen Unit.
