SOUTH BEND - Ted W. Bauer, 87, died at 5:40 p.m. Wednesday in Fountainview Place, Mishawaka. Ted was born on Jan. 19, 1922 in Mishawaka, to Charles W. and Hazel M. (Tholtz) Bauer. On October 13, 1943 in Mishawaka, Ted married Isabelle I. Jerries. Isabelle survives along with her daughter, Sally (William) Stockton of Granger; and a granddaughter, Sarah Marie Stockton. Ted worked at Lock Joint Tube in precision quality control, retiring in 1987, and he was a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving in World War II being honorably discharged in 1945. There will be no visitation or services. Burial will take place at Fairview Cemetery, Mishawaka. Bubb Funeral Chapel, will be handling the arrangements.
