Peacefully passed away on January 7, 2006 after a four year battle with non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. He was the firstborn son of the late Peter and Zora (nee Petrak) Krcmaric. He was the beloved husband of Vicki (nee Smigiel). Loving father of Darlene (Brian) Hickey. Cherished grandfather of Kevin (Amanda), Brandon and Laura Hickey. Dear brother of Peter (Winnie) Krcmarich, Charles (Mary) Krcmaric, Edward (Arlene) Krcmaric, Matthew (Norma) Krcmaric, late Robert (Helen) Krcmaric, John (Betty) Krcmaric, Richard (Judy) Krcmaric, Irene (Charlie) Bachelor, Sister Mary Angela O.S.F. and Helen (Don) Wass. Fond brother-in-law of Mildred (late Jim) Rommeiss, Hank (Jane) Smigiel and late Jenny (late Harry) McCarthy. George leaves behind many nieces and nephews, as well as great-nieces and great-nephews. He served in the US Coast Guard aboard the LST67 during WWII, in the Pacific Theater. He was an agent and manger for the Prudential Insurance Company, Mid-America for many years. George was a Chicago White Sox fan all his life and one of his greatest joys, this past year was seeing his beloved team win the 2005 World Series. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. And, while he leaves many behind, he is joyfully reunited with so many others in heaven.
