MISHAWAKA - Paul Silvestri, 70, of Mishawaka, IN, passed away Monday, April 17, 2017. Paul was born on October 6, 1946, in Chicago, IL, to the late Orlando and Helen (Polkladowski) Silvestri. Paul was a teacher for the Chicago Public School system and split his time between Chicago and South Bend. Paul is survived by his daughter, Jennifer (Tim) McCue of South Bend, and his brother, Michael (Terri) Silvestri of Fort Wayne, IN. Services will take place at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, April 21, 2017, at Palmer Funeral Home - Guisinger Chapel, 3718 S. Michigan Street, South Bend, IN. Friends may visit with the family between 1:30 - 3:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Online condolences may be left for the Silvestri family at www.palmerfuneralhomes.com.
