MISHAWAKA - Ruth Ann Stachowski, 76, passed away Saturday, August 10, 2013, in her residence. Ruth Ann was born August 25, 1936, in South Bend, to the late Edward and Helen (Dombrowski) Otolski. Ruth Ann married John Stachowski Jr., and he preceded her in death on July 19, 1992. Survivors include daughters, Cathy Mark of South Bend and Linda (Brad) Allen of Evansville; six grandchildren & four great-grandchildren; and a brother, Jerry (Beverly) Otolski of South Bend. Ruth Ann was a cashier at the Notre Dame Bookstore for years. She enjoyed gardening and birds but, most of all, she loved spending time with her family. Visitation for Ruth Ann will be from 5:00 to 8:00 pm today, August 14, 2013, in ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Rd. A funeral service will be held at noon on August 15, 2013, in the funeral home. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery. Condolences for the family may be made at www.sjfh.net.
