[N7696] Noe Robert A, 78, died May 1, 2011, at Elkhart Hospital. He was born on August 24, 1932, in Kimmell to Claude R. and Luella L. (Thatcher) Noe. He served in the U.S. Army. On August 22, 1953, he married Loretta L. Minne of Mishawaka. She died September 13, 2008. He was also preceded in death by his daughter, Christine (Tina) Romaine on November 22, 1974, 5 siblings: Claudine Bolen, Norman, Ray T. and Roger Noe and Violet Chenoweth. He is survived by 3 children: Kathleen A. (Marvin) Hanson of Edwardsburg, Mich., Michael A. (Tracey) Noe of Ligonier, and Douglas S. Noe of North Webster; grandchildren Megan (Cary) Watson, Allison (Jon) Blair, Karen Hanson, Whitney, Morgan, Summer and Nicholas Noe, and one great-grandson, Cooper Watson; 4 sisters: Alice Deetz, Dorothy Wisniewski, Margaret Leslie and Sharon Chenoweth. He was employed by North American Van Lines, co-owned Diamond Green Lawn Care and Rental with his sons, and served as a police officer. Funeral May 5 at Yeager Funeral Home.
