LAKEVILLE - Patrick A. Dopieralski, 52, of Lakeville, IN, passed away at 11:50 a.m. Monday, December 16, 2013, at Memorial Hospital, South Bend. He was born on December 13, 1961, in New Carlisle, IN, to Donald and Dolly B. (Richardson) Dopieralski. On September 20, 1993, in South Bend, IN, he was united in marriage to the former Susan M. Taberski. Patrick is survived by his wife, Susan B. Dopieralski of Lakeville, IN; daughter, K.C. Velasquez of Houston, TX; two sons, Adam (Andrea) Underwood of South Bend, IN, and Heath Underwood of South Bend, IN; his mother, Dolly B. Redd of South Bend, IN; eleven grandchildren; sister, Kimberly Vaszari of Lakeville, IN; and two nephews, Aaron Vaszari of South Bend and Dylan Vaszari of Lakeville, IN. He was preceded in death by his father, stepfather, Byron Stephens, sister, Janet Sadler, and nephew, Travis Vaszari. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, December 19, 2013, in the Palmer Funeral Home, 314 S. Michigan St., Lakeville, IN, where friends may visit with the family from 4:00-7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Patrick A.
