SOUTH BEND - Rita J. Ciesielski, 65, passed away on Friday, November 13, in the Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center. Rita is survived by her mother, Henrietta Sideritz; sons, Rick Ciesielski Jr. and Kevin Ciesielski, both of South Bend; and a sister, Kay Teeter of Las Vegas, NV. Private entombment will take place at St. Joseph Cemetery, South Bend. Condolences for the family may be made at www.sjfh.net.
