Mishawaka-James Kedik, 79, passed away on Friday, July 20, 2018 at home.James was born on July 14, 1939 in Mishawaka to Charles and Margaret (Elozwori) Kedik. He was preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Patricia Kedik; son, Sam Kedik and a grandson, Adam Close. On August 12, 1980 he married Judith (Johnson) Close; she preceded him in death on April 26, 2018. Surviving are a daughter, Missy; son, Michael Kedik stepdaughters, Debra Ruth and Kim (Andy) Bell; stepson, Bruce (Becky) Close; sisters, Margie Armstrong, Alice (Richard) Washburn and Mary Jane (Robert) Mood. James was a Veteran of the United States Army. He worked for Dodge and love to spend time with his wife, Judith.As per James’ wishes there will be no visitation and no public services.
