Albert Anthony Zelasko

Albert Anthony Zelasko Sr., 92 years old, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 26, 2022. Albert was born on April 27, 1930, in New Carlisle to the late Stazy Zelasko and Sadie Clara Wroblewski. On January 25, 1964, he married Carolyn Lee Crumrine, who preceded him in death. Albert was born into a large family of brothers and sisters, all of whom have preceded him in death. Albert is survived by his daughters, Jennifer (Christopher) Thompson of New Carlisle, Angela (Randy) Curless of Laporte; sons, Albert Zelasko Jr. of South Bend and Daniel Zelasko of New Carlisle, brother-in-law, William Crumrine of Erie, PA; nine grandchildren and 8 great- grandchildren, as well as other loving family members and friends. Albert actively served in the U. S. Army during the Korean War from 1952-1954. He retired from Uniroyal after 38 years. He loved the outdoors and photography. A private burial will take place at Fort Custer National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Albert A. Zelasko may be directed to the family ?
