SOUTH BEND - Judith M. Lisek, 71, passed away Monday, February 2, 2015 in Memorial Hospital. Judy was born January 1, 1944 in South Bend to the late Casimer and Evelyn (Szulczyk) Lisek. Survivors of Judy include her brother, Tim (Kathleen) Lisek of Miami, FL; niece, Lisa (Carlos) Vazquez of Miami, FL; niece, Dawn (Jeff) Lentych-Hack of South Bend; grand-nieces and nephew, Carlos and Isabella Vazquez, and Abie Lentych-Hack, and many other nieces, nephews and friends. Judy was a graduate of St. Joseph High School and Boston University where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Theology. She was a member of the Living Stones Church where she was in the hospitality ministry. She loved going fishing on Lake Okeechobee where she will be put to rest. She enjoyed watching the Chicago Bears and most of all loved spending time with her grandniece Abie. Family and friends are invited to gather for a Celebration of Life Service at 7 pm on Friday, February 13, 2015 in Living Stones Church with visitation 1 hour prior in the church. ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Rd. is assisting the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Living Stones Church Outreach Program, 718 E. Donmoyer Avenue, South Bend IN 46614.
