Frank M. Trubac, 77, of Hazlet, NJ passed away Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2011, at Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel. Frank was born Oct. 30, 1933 in Manhattan, N.Y. In 1959, he moved to Rosedale (Queens), N.Y. and in 1964 settled in Hazlet to raise his family. Frank was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army and served during the Korean Conflict. He retired as a customer engineer for IBM in New York City. Frank was predeceased by his parents, Alojz and Rose Hrusovsky Trubac. He is survived by his devoted and beloved wife of 52 years, Eileen Turang Trubac; his loving children, Christopher S. Trubac and his wife Mary of Morganville, and Jeannine Burns and her husband Neil of Hasbrouck Heights; his cherished grandchildren, Veronica Burns, Christopher S. Trubac Jr., Mary Kate Trubac, and Stanley Burns, along with his dear brothers, Edward Trubac and his wife Maureen of Granger, Ind., and Robert Trubac and his wife Judith of Ridgewood. He will be sadly missed, but never forgotten. Family and friends are invited to visit from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 20 and from 8:30 to 9:15 a.m. Monday morning, Feb. 21 at the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 3269 Route 35 North, Hazlet. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 21 at St. Benedict R.C. Church, 165 Bethany Road, Holmdel. In respect of Frank's wishes, he will be privately cremated.
