Sept. 19, 1919 - June 28, 2014

NEW CARLISLE - Leonard Wawrzynski, age 84 of Oldsmar, FL, having moved from New Carlisle, IN, passed away June 28, 2014. He served in the Navy from Oct. '47 to Jan. '50. He was a life member of VFW Post 10093 and a member of North Bay Moose Lodge 2373. Preceding him in death was his wife Evelyn, sons James and Mark, and daughter Sandra Wines. He is survived by his sons Leonard (Sue) Wawrzynski, of Lake City FL, and Raymond Wawrzynski of South Bend IN, daughters, Linda Traver of South Bend, IN, Debra (Roy) Rink of Rolling Prairie, IN, Susan Jackson of Niles, MI, and step-daughter Sherri Brugh of Holiday, FL. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Published in South Bend Tribune on July 5, 2014
