SOUTH BEND - Julia M. Kozloski, 95, of Earl Park, IN, formerly of Fowler and South Bend, died at Clarian Arnett Hospital in Lafayette at 2:52 AM Monday, September 20, 2010. She had been residing at the Jennie Caldwell Home in Earl Park. She was born in South Bend, Indiana, on December 14, 1914, the daughter of the late Prosper and Marie Zeman Meuleman, and was a graduate of South Bend Central High School. Her marriage was to Leonard J. Kozloski at South Bend on February 11, 1940, and he preceded her in death October 12, 1960. Mrs. Kozloski was a homemaker, but had worked part-time as an accounting clerk for South Bend Home Shopping. She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Oxford, as well as a member of St. John's Catholic Church in Earl Park, was a former member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in South Bend, where she had been active in the Rosary Makers and the Altar & Rosary Society. Mrs. Kozloski was also an avid Notre Dame football fan. Surviving are a son, Mark A. Kozloski (wife Debi) of Indianapolis, IN; as well as 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are two daughters-in-law, Linda Dukes of Ellenton, FL, and Carol Kozloski of Plainfield, IL. She was preceded in death by two sons, Ronald and James Kozloski, two sisters and two brothers. Friends called in the HAHN-GROEBER FUNERAL HOME, Oxford, from 6:30 to 7:30 PM on Wednesday. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 AM today in St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Oxford, Fr. Robert Klemme officiating. Visitation will also be held 10 AM until noon Friday in Kaniewski Funeral Home, South Bend, with graveside service at 12:30 PM Friday at St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger, IN.
