New Carlisle - Richard C. Grzeszczyk, 79, passed away on Monday, July 26, 2021. Richard was born March 4, 1942 in La Porte, Indiana to the late Anthony and Sophie (Marshal) Grzeszczyk. He is also preceded in death by his sister, Maryanne Turczynski; and brother, Frank Grzeszczyk. Left to cherish the memory of Richard is his loving wife, Gloria (Dobrzykowski) Grzeszczyk, whom he married in St. Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Church on September 16, 1967. He is also survived by his brothers, Paul Grzeszczyk and Walter (Ruth Ann) Grzeszczyk, and several nieces and nephews. Richard was a parishioner of St. Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Church and a member of PNA. He graduated from New Carlisle High School in 1960 and was involved with his class reunions. Richard enjoyed gardening and word search puzzles. He was an animal lover; he would sit on the back porch with his wife watching birds. In their younger years, they also enjoyed Polka dancing. Visitation will be 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, Tuesday, August 3, 2021 in ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, with a Funeral Ceremony beginning at 1:00 pm in the Funeral Home Chapel.
