Mrs. Alex Farkas.

Mrs. Rose Farkas, aged 51, of 1630 North Meade Street, died at 3:30 o'clock this morning in Epworth hospital after two weeks illness. She was born in Hungary and came here 32 years ago. She was married there in 1904 to Alex Farkas, who survives. She leaves three daughters, Mrs. Herman Unger, Mrs. Jerry Post, and Mrs. Leo Deka, Jr, and a son Alex Jr., all of this city; and four sisters and two brothers in Jugoslavia. The body will lie in the residence. Indiana South Bend Tribune, Funeral Notes; Tuesday, March 09, 1937. Funeral rites for Mrs. Alex Farkas, 1630 North Meade street, took place at 9 o'clock this morning from Holy Cross Roman Catholic chuch, conducted by its Pastor Phillip V. Beaghan, CSC. Buriel was in Highland Cemetary.
