NILES - Our sweet Angela Kolodziej, 30, was called home to the Lord December 8, 2016. She was born October 31, 1986, in Mishawaka, to Michael and Christina (Day) Kolodziej. They survive her in Granger, IN. Also left to cherish her memory are her four siblings, who loved her dearly, Mikey Kolodziej of South Bend, Kelly (Shelby) Howard of Bargersville, IN, Kate (Tom) Gillis of Loveland, CO, and Amy (Mike) Lietzau of Golden Valley, MN; five nieces and nephews, Gabe and Lily Lietzau, James Gillis, and Shelby and Brooklyn Howard; and her beloved fur boys, Mr. Pickles and Chester. Angie loved her cats and her family more than anything in the world. She relished the time she had with those she loved. She was a quirky, funny, witty girl who enjoyed cooking and working with animals. She was very proud of her Polish heritage. Angie was a graduate of Penn High School. She left this world too soon, and her parting leaves a deep void in the hearts of many. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 4-7 PM at the McGann Hay, Granger Chapel, 13260 SR 23, enter off Cherry Rd. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 11AM, with visitation from 10:30 until Mass at St. Adalbert Catholic Church, with Fr. Joseph Moyer, CSC, officiating.
