Odo DeBruyne, aged 63, of 543 West Eighth street, died at 5 a.m. today in his home after an illness of six weeks. Born in Aerseele, Belgium, Nov. 6, 1878, he came to this country 38 years ago from that city. He had lived in Mishawaka 21 years, coming from Kewanee, Ill. He married Miss Emma VanTomme, in 1907.
Surviving are his wife; two sons, Raymond Debruyne, of Mishawaka, and Louis DeBruyne, of Camp Shelby, Hattiesburg, Miss.; one daughter, Mrs. Charles (Madeline) Mahank, of Mishawaka; two grandchildren; two brothers, Thomas DeBruyne, of Chicago, and Mozar DeBruyne, of Belgium, and three sisters, Mrs. Alfons Augustine, of East Moline, Ill., and Martha and Eufaile DeBruyne, of Belgium.
