Mishawaka, IN-Jerry B. West, 61, passed away on Saturday, February 6, 2021. Jerry was born on June 21, 1959, in Landstuhl, Germany to Reese Dale & Shirley (Mae) West. Jerry is survived by his mother, Shirley; significant other, Peggy Cukrowicz and her children, Monica (Jaycin) Schultz, Tasha (JD) Putnam and Ashley (Nolan) Middleton; 8 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; sister, Karen (Kemper) Sutphin; twin brother, Terry West, and brother, Dan (Mary) West; sister-in-law, Frances West. Preceding Jerry in death is his father, Reese Dale; sister, Victoria West; and brother, Doug West. Jerry was an avid NASCAR fan and enjoyed the local racing scene. When he wasn’t at the track he enjoyed going to the casino and playing cards. More than anything, Jerry loved spending time with his grandkids.
