Agnes Bowker, 37, of South Bend, died Saturday, October 10, 2020 in South Bend. Agnes was born in Wroclaw, Poland on January 7, 1983 and came to the US with her parents in 1985. She graduated from St. Joseph High School with Honors in 2000 and continued on to earn her Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana University/South Bend. Agnes married Edgar Bowker IV in South Bend on December 4, 2017 and he survives her. Also surviving are her parents, Boguslaw and Wiesia B. (Kapala) Skretkowicz of South Bend; daughters, Nadia I. Skretkowicz of South Bend and Gina M. Bowker of Niles MI; step-son, Brandon D. Bowker of Niles MI; her sister, Sarah Skretkowicz (Fiancé Kory Bridges) and her nephew, Niko Bridges, both of Mishawaka. Agnes worked as a private home healthcare aide; she had fond memories of the many years she spent as an Altar Server at St. Adalbert’s Parish and she enjoyed playing pool, tennis & snow skiing.
