Andrzej M. Gryfik, 69, of South Bend, Indiana passed away Sunday, October 14, 2012. He was a truck driver, most recently with Sunco Carrier of Lakeland, Florida. Andrzej was born August 15, 1943, in Czestochowa, Poland. On December 28, 1987 he married Helen Kubica who survives. Also surviving is a daughter, Jolenta Gryfik of Czestochowa, Poland: sons, Dariusz Gryfik of Holiday, Florida, Michael Gryfik of South Bend, Indiana; grandchildren, Meisha, Krishka, Claudia, and Alicia; and a brother, Stanley Gryfik of Poland. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, October 20, 2012, in the Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N. Bendix Drive, South Bend, Indiana, where visitation will be from 11a.m. until 1 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Kaniewski Funeral Home to defray funeral expenses.
