Nat Intent Vol 16 pg 152 - # 7252 PFN 6 Jul 1918. Born 10 Jan 1857 Poland, age 61, elevator man, fair complexion, 5'3, 210 lbs, mixed hair, bllue eyes, residence: 2713 Linden. Emigrated port of Hamburg, arrived port of Detroit 23 May 1882. Wife: Gabrella born 1863 Poland.

- SBd Trib 10 Sept 1901- Vincent, a Pole age 45 who lives 121 N Johnson was assaulted last nite at 10 p.m. by an unknown man who hit him on the left temple with a brick. It happed at Pine & Division St; found by Police in a lot near Division & Taylor. Brought to police station by Officer Szweda in the ambulance; Dr Butterworth dressed the wound it is thought he was involved in a drunken brawl since he was drunk & no money was taken from him.
