SOUTH BEND - There will be no services or visitation for Alfred D. Ranschaert, 85, of Stonehedge Lane, who died at 7:30pm Monday in Ironwood Health & Rehabilitation Center. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. Guisinger Colonial Chapel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. Mr. Ranschaert retired in 1973 from White Farm Equipment Co. after 50 years of service. He was born June 23, 1909, in South Bend, and was a lifelong area resident. On July 3, 1939, in South Bend, he married June Wolfe. She survives, with a daughter, Nancy Wheeler of Holland MI.
