Walter H. Luebke Sr. was born Sept. 30, 1909, in the town of Friendship, Fond du Lac County, the son of Charles and Lydia Luebke. He married Kathryn E. McDonald, Dec. 31, 1930, in Elkhart, Ind. She died July 21, 1969. Surviving are one sone Walter H. Luebke Jr., Elkhart, Ind.; two daughters, Mrs. David (Patricia) Gordy, Osceola, Ind., and Nancy Thomas Moore, Elkhart, Ind.; four sisters, Mrs. Harry (Adela) Nimmer Mrs. Charles (Edna) Baier, Mrs. George (Meta) Wachholz and Mrs. Clarence (Adeline) Woehlke, all of Oshkosh, 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Services were Saturday in Trinity Lutheran Church, Elkhart, Ind. Burial was in Chapel Hills Memorial Gardens, Osceola, Ind.
