June 10, 1956 - Sept. 12, 2013 SOUTH BEND - Robert J. "Bones" Baranowski, 57, passed away Thursday, September 12, 2013 in his home. Bob was born June 10, 1956 in South Bend to the late Frank and Alice (Wloderak) Baranowski. Bob is also preceded in death by a brother, Dennis Baranowski. Survivors of Bob include his son, Robert (Michele) Baranowski, Jr. of South Bend; sister, Betty (Rusty) Ludwig of Mishawaka; brothers, Larry (Joyce) Baranowski of South Bend and Jerry (Mary) Baranowski of Mishawaka; half-sister, Mary (Ronald) Wagner of St. Louis; and granddaughter, Melissa Suth of South Bend. Bob was employed with Hoosier Spring for 19 years. He was a member of Bowlers Country Club, enjoyed golfing and loved Notre Dame. Most of all Bob enjoyed having friends and family hang out with him in his garage. He was very outgoing and friendly; his personality always put a smile on people's faces. Visitation for Bob will be 2:00pm to 8:00pm Monday, September 16, 2013 in ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Rd. where a Funeral Ceremony will be celebrated at 10:00am on Tuesday, September 17, 2013. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.
