DEBRA K. SWITALSKI
Oct. 14, 1952 - April 11 2018
ELKHART - Debra K. Switalski, 65, of Elkhart, passed away Wednesday, April 11, 2018, at the Elkhart Hospice House. She was born Oct. 14, 1952, in Goshen, to Kenneth Hugh and Lula M. (Kyle) Sloan. On June 24, 1977, she married Dean E. Switalski. He preceded her in death Nov. 14, 2012. Surviving are three siblings, Carol Zook of Elkhart, Florence Swihart and Kenneth (Elizabeth) Sloan, both of Goshen; numerous nieces and nephews; and her significant other, Dennis Stroder of Elkhart. She was preceded in death by her father Kenneth Hugh Sloan and her mother, Lula M. Sloan Batman. Debra was a member of the I.A.M. and she enjoyed shopping and attending family functions. She retired from KIK Custom Products in Elkhart where she worked for more than 25 years. Funeral services for Debra will be at 1 p.m. Monday, April 16, at Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home.
