Jeremy D. Seibert, 43, passed away at 8:33am on Wednesday, August 11, 2021, in Memorial Hospital. Jeremy was born on January 3, 1978, in South Bend. Jeremy’s father, Robin Seibert has preceded him in death. On April 24, 2001, Jeremy married Cheryl (Cripe) and she passed away on July 18, 2011. Jeremy is survived by his mom, Becky (Fozo) Snyder; son, Cameron Snyder; brother, Andrew (Casey) Snyder; niece, Lily Snyder; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Jeremy worked at Polaris. A Memorial Service will be celebrated at 6pm on Tuesday, August 17, 2021, in Living Stones Church where family and friends may gather one hour prior to the service.
