KNOX - Leonard Wasilewski, 89, died Sunday. He was born on March 13, 1922 in Chicago to the late Leon and Antoninette (Byers) Wasilewski. On August 29, 1953 he married Lois Myers. She preceded him in death on January 21, 2010. He was also preceded in death by a brother, George. He is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in M.C. Smith Funeral Home, where friends may call two hours before services. Memorials to Starke County Hospice would be appreciated.
