LAPORTE - Evelyn T. (Kloska) Zemanek, 79, of LaPorte, passed away Thursday, July 10, 2008. She was born May 6, 1929, in South Bend. On June 14, 1952, in South Bend, she married Daniel J. Zemanek, who preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death are three daughters, Mary, Amanda, and a stillborn, and her grandson, James Fred Zemanek. Evelyn is survived by her son, Daniel J. Zemanek Jr. and his wife, Cynthia (Hartman) Zemanek of Hanna; her grandchildren, Rebecca, Allison and Ryan Zemanek; step-grandchildren, Christine Homan and Maggie (Nick) Bohm; and great-grandchildren, Rose Zemanek, Abigail, Sara and Isaac Bohm. Also surviving her are two brothers, Jerome Kloska and Robert Kloska, nieces and nephews. A funeral Mass will take place at 11 a.m. Monday, June 14th, in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Wanatah. Rev. Jerry Schweitzer will officiate. Burial will be at Hanna Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday from 9 a.m. until the time of Mass in the church.
