ELKHART -- Margaret Davis, 87, died at 10 a.m. Saturday (April 13, 2002) in the home of her daughter, Nancy A. Leamon. Mrs. Davis was born on June 10, 1914, in South Bend to Michael and Agnes Horvath. She married Russell Davis, who preceded her in death. Survivors include one daughter, Nancy A. Leamon of Elkhart; one granddaughter; two great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; one brother, Louis Horvath of South Bend; and two sisters, Irma Morris and Mary Eazsol, both of South Bend. She was preceded in death by eight brothers and sisters. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home & Crematory, where the funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Mishawaka. Mrs. Davis retired from St. Joe Bank in South Bend, where she was a teller for 23 years. Memorials may be given to Elkhart General Community Hospice.
