Obituary from p. 8 of the 17 JUN 1929 edition of the “South Bend Tribune”:

. Rita M. Zmudzinski, 11 day old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Zmudzinski. of 1540 West Dunham street, died in the residence at 5 o'clock Sunday morning. The child was born here June 5, and had been ill since birth. A blessing was given at 2 o'clock this afternoon in St. Casimir's Roman Catholic church by Rev. S. J. Gorka, pastor. Burial followed in St. Joseph's cemetery.
