NEW CARLISLE - Janice A. Wawrzyniak, 43, passed away at 2:17 a.m. on Sunday, November 30, in Miller's Merry Manor. Janice was born on December 17, 1964. She was preceded in death by her father, Edwin A. Wawrzyniak and brother-in-law, Anthony Paczkowski. She is survived by her mother, Eleanor E. (Niespodziany) Wawrzyniak of New Carlisle; sister, Marie A. Paczkowski of North Liberty; nieces, Toni M. (Vince) M. Niedbalski of South Bend and Jamie M. (Damon) Blatz of Osceola; great-nieces and nephew, Mallory Niedbalski, Patrick Miller III and Paige Miller; special friend, Brandi "Sissy"; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Thanks to the wonderful staff at Miller's Merry Manor. Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, December 2, 2008, in ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Road. A funeral service will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 3 in the funeral home. Entombment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, South Bend. Memorial contributions may be made to the Center for Hospice and Palliative Care, 111 Sunnybrook Court, South Bend, IN 46637.
