GRANGER - Stephen Allen Siatkowski, 23, passed away peacefully June 2, 2015, at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center. He was born November 3, 1991, to the late Mark Allen Siatkowski and Kelly Rose, who survives. His grandmother, Judy Siat-kowski, also preceded him in death. Left to cherish his memory are his grandfather, Willis "Bill" Siatkowski, who along with his late wife Judy lovingly raised Stephen as their own son; aunt, Amy (Mark) Schmitt of Charles Town, WV; sister, Sara Weldy; nephew, Tad "TJ" Swoape, Jr.; and two cousins, Joseph and William Schmitt. Stephen graduated from Penn High School and attended Purdue University. He enjoyed football and wrestling. He had a great sense of humor and always tried to make you laugh. If you knew him, you loved him. He leaves behind his family and many friends who will all miss him dearly. The family would like to thank the staff at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center for the great care and compassion they provided. Funeral services will be officiated by Fr. Bill Schooler on Monday, June 8, at 2 PM, with visitation to follow until 6 PM at McGann Hay, Granger Chapel, 13260 SR23, enter off Cherry Road.
