Christine H. “Tina” Triplet, 74, aka Busia, passed away at 8:02 a.m. Tuesday, January 26, 2021 in her home, following a brief illness. She was born on October 9, 1946 to the late Wladyslaw and Irene (Zaczek) Wiktorowicz in Solingen, Germany, and has lived in South Bend, IN since 1951, coming from Germany. Along with her parents; she is preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Wiktorowicz. Tina retired in 2009 from Raco Inc. in South Bend, where she worked as an Assembler for 17 years. On August 8, 1981, as Christine H. Wiktorowicz, she married Victor L. Triplet in South Bend, IN. Tina is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, Victor L. Triplet of South Bend, IN; her daughter, AnnMarie (Craig) Ferris of South Bend, IN; two sons, Jeff (Tracy) Freymuth of South Bend, IN; Ken (Stephanie) Freymuth of Indianapolis, IN; eight grandchildren, Renee (Josh) Finn; Deric (Taylor) Freymuth; Kylie Freymuth; Jenna Freymuth; Stephen Ferris; Alyson Ferris; Christopher and Jonathon Freymuth; seven great grandchildren (soon to be eight); two sisters, Harriet Young of Mishawaka, IN; Sue (Mark) Kowalski of South Bend, IN; a brother, Joe (Judy) Wiktorowicz of Fort Wayne, IN; a sister-in-law, Debbie (John) Warrick of Portland, IN; a brother-in-law, Tony (Sherry) Triplet of Bremen, IN; and eight nieces and nephews. Tina loved cooking and baking, especially for her family. Her gardening skills were nothing short of spectacular. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, whom she adored. Her pets Buddy and Charlie also brought much happiness to her life. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. Sunday, January 31, 2021 at Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N.
