Henrietta Drabecki, 82, of South Bend, passed away at 3:29 p.m. on Sunday, September 17, 2006, in Our Lady Peace Hospital, South Bend.

Henrietta was born on December 10, 1923, in South Bend, to Joseph and Mary (Babicz) Kruk. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Barbara Ann; sister, Lillian Koszyk; and two brothers, John and Harry Kruk.

On October 27, 1951, she married Victor Drabecki in South Bend, who survives along with two daughters, Victoria (Alan) Rosker of Lemon Grove, Calif., and Kathy (Leon) Kalka of South Bend; two sons, Mark Drabecki of Silver Springs, Colo., and David Drabecki of South Bend; five grandchildren, Kristen, Kimberly, Anthony, Mark and Thomas; and one brother, Frank Kruk of South Bend.

Visitation will be on Friday, September 22, 2006, from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. MAYFLOWER ROAD, SOUTH BEND, where a Rosary will be prayed at 6 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, September 23, 2006, at 10 a.m. in St. Patrick Catholic Church. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, South Bend.

Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Vincent De Paul Society, 3408 Ardmore Trail, South Bend, IN 46628; or to St. Patrick Catholic Church, 309 S. Taylor, South Bend, IN 46601.
