SOUTH BEND - Mary M. Cenkush, 71, passed away at home on Wednesday, Jan. 30th. Mary was born on October 4, 1941 in South Bend as the daughter of Frank and Martha (Coddens) Dolde. She was preceded in death by her parents. On Sept. 20, 1969 in St. Joseph Catholic Church, South Bend, she married Gordon Cenkush. He preceded her in death on Dec. 12, 1997. Surviving Mary are two daughters, Cheryl (Scott) Cenkush Robbins of Elkhart and Caryl (Bryan Wise) Cenkush of South Bend; five grandchildren, Logan, Brianna, Andrea, Scotty and Michael (Christen) Robbins; one great-grandchild, Donnie; and two brothers, Edward (Rochelle) Dolde of Edwardsburg, MI, and Frank (Jean) Dolde of WI. Mary was a lifetime area resident. She was a Cashier at Arby's for 20 years. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 4, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka. Funeral services will follow at 1:30, with Rev. Kevin Bauman officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery, South Bend, where she will be laid to rest next to her husband, Gordon.
