Genevieve B. Golubski Flack, 86, of the Carlyle Nursing Home, formerly of 2956 Bentley Lane, died at 2:10 p.m. Tuesday in the nursing home. Born OcL 9, 1898, in South Bend, she was a lifelong area resident In July 1917, as Genevieve Starczewski, she married Walter Golubski. He died in January 1934. On Nov. 19, 1948, she married Albert Flack Sr., and he died in 1969. Mrs. Flack is survived by a son, Ben Golubski of South Bend; two stepsons, Ronald and Albert Flack Jr., both of Florida; three grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and seven step-great-grandchildren. She was a member of the Altar and Rosary Society of St. Hedwig's Catholic Church, the Grandmothers Club, the Golden Cluster Retirees Club and Elks Lodge 235.
