Obituary from p. 29 of the 6 JAN 1935 edition of the “South Bend Tribune”:

. Mrs., Antoinette Gornyok Gorny, Aged 84, died at o'clock Saturday morning in her home at 317 South Walnut street after 4 year's illness. Born in Poland June 8, 1880, Mrs. Gornyek came to South Bend 55 years ago. She is survived by two brothers, Frank And Bartlomey Jaroszewski, both of South Bend. The body may be viewed in the residence until the funeral at 9 o'clock Tuesday morning. Services will be conducted in St. Hedwige Roman Catholic church by Rev. Francis Luany, pastor, and burial will be in St. Joseph’s cemetery.
