Louis A. "Loy" Horvath, 82, of South Bend, IN, passed away after a brief illness at 3:25 PM Tuesday, May 30th, in Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center, Mishawaka. He was born on September 15, 1923, in South Bend, to Alex and Agnes (Buczolich) Horvath, who have preceded him in death. On October 27, 1945, he married Joyce Michael, who survives. He retired from Allied Stamping as a supervisor after 22 years of service. Also surviving are two daughters, Bernadette (Bonnie) (Jerry) Dietl of South Bend and Sharon Wentworth of Mishawaka, IN, and one son, Richard Horvath of South Bend, IN. There are six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. One brother, Rudolph (Marilyn) of North Fort Myers, Fla.
Preceding him in death were two sisters, Mary Stygar and Helen Gish, and one brother, Alexander J. Horvath. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM Saturday, June 3rd, in St. Jude's Catholic Church, with burial to follow at Sumption Prairie Cemetery.
