SOUTH BEND - Helen Yandl, 79, of South Taylor Street, died at 11:59 p.m. Tuesday in her home. Mrs. Yandl was born July 6, 1915, in Lorain, Ohio, and lived in South Bend since 1931. On May 16, 1933, in South Bend, as Helen Nemeth, she married John E. Yandl. He died July 9, 1992. She is survived by three daughters, Helen M. Yandl of Niles, Delores Cholasinski of Long Beach, Miss., and Debbie Yandl of South Bend; a son, John H. of Osceola; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Mary Toth of Elyria, Ohio, and Rose Asperger of Los Altos, Calif. A grandchild preceded her in death. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Zahoran Funeral Home. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola. Friends may call from 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home
