SOUTH BEND - Floyd F. Szarwark, 63, of Pear Road, died at 6:40 a.m. Saturday in Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis. Mr. Szarwark retired from AM General Corp. He was born July 17, 1932, in North Liberty. On June 28, 1958, in South Bend, he married Susan Jozwiak. She survives with two sons, Greg and Geof, both of South Bend; four grandchildren; and a sister, Gertrude Marek of New Carlisle. He was a member of Crumstown Conservation Club, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1954, North Liberty, and Knights of Columbus Council Santa Maria 553. He was a veteran of the Korean War. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in St. Joseph Funeral Home. Cremation will take place. Friends may call one hour before services in the funeral home.
