Michael Golubski, 85, of 25171 Western Ave., died at 4 a.m. Saturday, after an extended illness in the home of a daughter. He was retired from the South Bend Range Co. He was born on January 3, 1884, in South Bend. He lived here all his life. His wife Mary preceded him in death. He is survived by four sons, Frank, Sylvester, and Leo, all of South Bend, and Stanley, of Detroit; four daughters, Mrs. Theresa Thomas, Mrs. Anna Mason, Mrs. Francis Borowski, and Mrs. Martha Chapla, all of South Bend, 21 grandchildren, and 21 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren; and three step brothers, Frank, Leo, and Charles Golubski, all of South Bend. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 10 a.m. until 9 p.m. Monday. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Holy Family Catholic Church, Rev. Joseph Lesniak, officiating. Burial will be in the St. Josephs Cemetery.
