Born 20 Sept 1891 in So Bend & had lived here all her life; died 17 Mar 1980 age 88 of 412 E Indiana at 5:30 a.m. at home after a lengthy illness. Services at St Matthew Cathedral; burial at St Joseph Cemetery. On 24 Jun 1912 in So Bend as Helen Ozdych she married Kazimier Jerzakowski who died on 30 Dec 1974. surviving are 6 dauthers, Mrs Lucille Lorence, mrs Pauline Horvath and Mrs jeanette OBrien all of So Bend, Mrs Henrietta Molenda of Phoenix AZ, mrs Florence Patterson of Wickcliffe OH and Mrs Mary Louise Stockman of Edwardburg MI; 2 sons, Chet Jersey of Media PA and Casey Jaret of New Carlisle; 20 grandchildren & 7 great grandchildren.
