I.F. Sikorski, Ex-Restaurant Owner Dies

Irvin F. Sikorski Sr., 57, of 514 S. Phillipa, longtime South Bend restauranteur, died at 5:15 a.m. today in the Veterans Administration Hospital, Indianapolis; after a five-month illness. Sikorski was owner and operator for Trudy's Drive-In for 10 years and the Irvin's Dining Room for 15 years. Born on Nov. 23, 1918, in South Bend, he had lived here his lifetime. Surviving are a son, Irvin F. Jr. of South Bend and two brothers, Eugene W. and Robert J., both of South Bend.
Sikorski was a World War II veteran and member of Pulaski Post 357, American Legion Nest 80, Z. B. Falcons; Achievement Forum and the Polish American Professional and Businessmen's Association.
