MISHAWAKA - Sister Evelyn Marie Czaplewski (formerly Sister Bernella), OSF, 95, of the Sisters of St. Francis of Perpetual Adoration in Mishawaka, passed away Monday, April 11, 2016 in Our Lady of Angels Convent. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 am on Wednesday, April 13, in St. Francis Convent with burial following at St. Francis Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care of Goethals & Wells Funeral Home, Mishawaka. Published in South Bend Tribune on Apr. 12, 2016
