[N12867] Michael Thomas Tuholski
Dec. 11, 1974 - June 7, 2015
SOUTH BEND - Michael Thomas Tuholski, 40, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly in his home on Sunday evening, June 7. Mike lived in Indianapolis, and Cherry Hill, N.J., before moving to South Bend in his early teens with his parents and siblings. He graduated from Clay High School in 1993 and attended ITT Tech in Ft. Wayne, Indiana, for a year. Michael is survived by his wife, Hollyann (Stock) Tuholski; his father, Jeffrey P. (Denise) Tuholski; his mother, Ruth M. Tuholski (Mike) Sriver; a brother, Daniel Tuholski; and a sister, Lisa Tuholski, all of South Bend, Indiana; as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. Michael was preceded in death by his grandparents, Thomas and Elsa Morrow of Cincinnati, OH, and Andrew and Alice Tuholski of Rolling Prairie, IN. A plumber by trade, Mike was also very inventive and artistic. He assembled hundreds of models and was heavily into RC cars for a few years as a teen. He loved working on cars and anything mechanical. As an adult his passion became off-roading and he built an award winning off-road vehicle from the ground up, his "Truggy." He also enjoyed the outdoors and home remodeling. He is best remembered for his friendly nature, and his ability to entertain friends and family with his uncanny voice impersonations, stories, and humor. Friends may visit with the family on Sunday, June 14, from 3 5 pm in the Bubb Funeral Chapel, 3910 N. Main St., Mishawaka. A service celebrating Michael's life will be held immediately following, with Pastor Jerry Brenneman officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Michael's name to the American Heart Association . Published in South Bend Tribune from June 12 to June 14, 2015
